The initial training period is included in the 3 month "hand hold" period. It is highly structured and tailored to meet the objectives of each process, the feedback gained is used to make recommendations to management to make positive changes.
We typically train supervisors to enable them to be system experts in the process they manage. Operator training is typically provided by them but this is not onerous as the system is very simple to use at operator level. The system guides them through the process they work in!
Managers and Owners can be trained on all the above plus using and creating reports.
New Team training will be delivered by your dedicated account manager if you have a whole new team starting or you are opening a new office.
