Responibilities

As a member of an enthusiastic and talented team, you will work as a Sales Team Leader supporting junior sales representatives to open new territories across the UK.

Sales support of dealers/independant agents/junior sales representatives to open new territories

  • Support the sales cycle
  • Validate the sales proposals
  • Support deal development and closing

Sales Representative You are in charge of a quota on your own and will have to

  • Qualify leads and manage them from prospect to contract signature
  • Identify sales opportunities
  • Conduct software demonstrations
  • Follow up and drive the opportunities throughout the sales cycle
  • Develop sales by upselling and cross-selling into accounts
  • Report on your activities and achievements
  • Achieve and overachieve on your sales target

Qualifications

  • Graduated from a Business or Engineering School
  • A Minimum of 5 years experience as an Account Manager / Sales Representative in the computer software industry is required
  • Experience abroad and a very good knowledge of selling solutions worldwide
  • As a leader, you will follow your team and get involved in sales representative skills development 
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Decisive, enthusiastic and reactive with a“hunter” personality. You will be able to progress in a challenging environment and appreciate the start-up spirit
